The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Abandon Heaven. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Placing an order indicates your acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Accuracy of Product Information and the Description of Goods
Product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Abandonheaven.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Abandonheaven.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages until we have acceptance e-mail has been sent (this is not the confirmation of order e-mail). Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturer's discretion. We will supply the product as supplied to us by the manufacturer.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when your order has been accepted. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. From time to time our prices may be different if you are directed to our site via a third party site. Purchases at said prices can only be made on line (no telephone orders accepted) by arriving at our site through the third party site.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal as form of payment. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 14 days. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card holder has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
Receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the selected Products to you. Our web site is regularly updated throughout the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product availability and the time period of any special offer is regularly updated. We endeavor to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot warranty availability.
In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you by e-mail or telephone ASAP to advice of expected delivery dates.
Delivery Charges
UK Customers: All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. The delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. The charges are as follows:

Eco boxes are delivered free of charge until December 31st. Note, this free delivery only applies to the Eco Box, and not any other item within a transaction. For example, delivery must still be paid on items purchased from the Yonjai Spa and Hot Chilli Concepts ranges.
Non-UK Customers: If you are ordering from outside the UK, we will need to send you a tailored delivery quote based on your location, cost of transaction and total weight. Please email us with the items you require (including any specific fragrances, moods, etc), quantity and full delivery address. We will then email you a tailored quote, where the bill can be paid using Paypal.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure your purchases are delivered promptly but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery, and accept no liability or responsibility for delayed delivery of Products where the delay is outside of our reasonable control. Should you experience a delayed delivery, we invite you to contact us accordingly.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
It is the consumers responsibility to sign and check for the amount of parcels received by the courier. I.e. If the delvery note states 2 parcel sign for 2 if there is only one please write it clarly on the delivery note. The consumer has reasonable time to notify us of any shortages and damages that may have accrued in transit.
Abandonheaven.co.uk will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 day in writing from the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause under reasonable time are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 25% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
Information you provide
When you sign up on Abandonheaven or other Abandonheaven services or promotion sthat requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other Abandonheaven services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information. Should you wish to not be included in the members monthly promotions or any other special offers then please advise accordingly."
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
